SUGARLAND: STUCK LIKE GLUE

I love this song because I think everyone has experienced liking someone but they don't like them back. But that does not mean you have to give up, like the song says I'm never letting this one go. I think the video is hilarious how she is willing to do anything, which is sweet in it's own creepy way, even though they broke up she is in love and she will not give up. At the end she found out he has a girlfriend and punched him... um well everyone gets mad. BUT besides the minor violence, nothing can conquer love, all sorts of love. And some might say this video is weird but love comes in many ways, many... So don't go drive over your Love's garbage can in the morning, it's way to early for that, try around lunch :) LOVE IS STRONG AND YOU JUST HAVE TO FACE IT, SOMEONE OUT THERE IS KOO COO CRAZY FOR YOU.

Where is the love?

I think this video is cool because it gets us to really think about what's really happening around us. In the chorus when it said "can you practice what you preach and would you turn the other cheek" I think that means why don't you do what you say but would just choose ignore it. At the beginning when he asked "what's wrong with the world mama?", well that's what i have asked before and I still don't understand why is it that we want things and we have to fight for it, like in the movies it may sound cool but soldiers dying who have family back home is not cool. I remember when I was little and people told us things like "sharing is caring", well what ever happened to that huh? The part where it said "father, father please help us please send some guidance from above" is basically saying you know we have done alot and we're lost we need help god. The video had a lot of question marks, I think it's just a really big statement, we kind of underestimate it, it means alot like where is the love? I think the love is in us ... we just don't no how to express it. My favourite part was when apl.de.ap was rapping while the cords were in the back. But there is one thing we can not forget love can not exist without hate, but there is too much hate now we must try showing that yutopia we all dream about. Peace and love :)

Diversity reflection

I picked diversity to do my reflection on, becsause I felt a strong connection because I do dance, dance is an art of body language and diversity was showing all emotion possible in the dance. What I loved about the video was that there was family envolved which means there is no co-worker division, it's comfrtable.

Diversity was really somthing that made me melt, dance is one of those things that I can truley feel free and express myself in which words cannot, some people say they can't dance what they're not doing is connecting feeling to movement. I truely recomend dancing to others, they may say i'ts hard to dance like Diversity, but just ask them or anybody else, you move to to the beat of your heart, your heart moves to the beat of the music.

stand by me reflection

What i thought about the stand by me video was that i can relate, because stand by you is sort of the way best friends are they are here for no matter what because you need sombody. Stand by me is you not leaving by sombody's side when they're being bullied, friend or not because thats what the song was about. when somone needs you I can't say no, cause' they need YOU and you is what you're going to give them. I remeber always trying to help my friends when they needed me and i'm glad i did.

Hi my name is  Irene, I'm in gr.5, div 3. I love pizza and Pisa! I like watching glee and I love dogs (but I don't have one) one of my favourite things to do is make people laugh :), I love johnny depp and I heart twilight! My favourite movie is hairspray, I like san jose sharks (but canucks 4 eva!). The most amazing thing in the world to me is the the changes of the world how at one point we use candles for light and another we have 3D tv's(man, I want a 3D tv, 400 inch wide, it would be LEGN wait for it ... DARY. My favourite flower is a white rose because I feel that it represents not everything is perfect. And the reason I picked that backround because detirmination is what life is made of. Now all I have to say is that fine arts is awesome! WOW! I am super tired from reading that I am out of breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?//!!!!!!!!
